The very best you could hope for in a company. Everyone acted in unison to exceed my expectations. I had an emergency. I am not healthy and elderly. My old furnace was leaking gas and carbon monoxide into my home. The other company that Fidelity National Warranty Company sent let me down. I called Day and they installed a high efficiency furnace and solved my dangerous situation in record breaking time at the right price. Every one at Day were professional and really caring. You must call Day and have them save and help you as they did me.June13, 2025. Forest was my tech today. Forest exceeds my expectations.Forest should have his very own TV commercial. That good and better.I would say, Forest comes to your home with a very friendly professional courteous personality.Very efficient and knowledgeable. Can give you the best answer to any question with his on going training and awareness of HVAC systems and energy efficiency.So grateful to have had Forest come to my home today and make sure my A/C is up to the task of a projected hot summer season.Thank you, Day Heating and Cooling of Salem.Always reliable and available company staff and technicians.Dont even consider using another company even if they say they are cheaper. There's a reason. They can't measure up to Forest and Day Heating and Cooling of Salem.

Service was great but I was already charged 140 for a visit the previous day for the same issue and it wasn’t resolved. So I was charged a second service fee 24 hours later and spent over $700 to get my thermostat working. I would’ve given them more stars if they waived the service call the second time.

Paul and Eugene were amazing! I got quotes from 3 different businesses for furnace replacement but Paul really *listened* to my needs and gave me options with thorough explanations. Eugene was prompt, courteous, and did a fantastic job with installation. Valerie was also super with helping me schedule times that worked for me. I will never stop recommending Day Heating.

Day Heating has been quick to install and service my HVac system. They gave me a competitive price. We had a as problem that turned out to be a factory defect. They came out right after I called and found the problem. They even fixed a duct that was not part of their service. They clearly explained the problem.

I was delighted with the prompt service I received, from the moment of my early morning request for help on an Air Conditioning issue, to scheduling a visit the next day, and then finding time in their schedule to bring that forward and fit me in on that same day. All contact, with both office staff and the onsite staff, was understanding and very patient. Greg (onsite) was even willing to accommodate with a smile my tendency to make inane jokes. I was very pleased with all aspects of the work. Highly recommend Day Heating and Energy Solutions.

I have been depending this company for more than ten years for electrical and heating equipment support. On the most recent encounter, my faulty equipment was quickly corrected and returned to service, after which the technician voluntarily spent some time on customer education. In the event, the technician was familiar with both myself and my previous residence, and has many years experience. I don't want any more equipment failures, but if they were to happen, I would want no one else to deal with the problem.

Very professional and courteous with figuring out what was wrong with the Daikin inverter unit. I really appreciated the easy to understand explanations of what was going on with the AC and heating not functioning properly. They definitely have great understanding with this brand unit. They were very fast in response to come out and check out the issues I was having with it functioning properly when running the AC and any mode for that matter. Bill was outrageously high $400 for an hr of work. Technicians tried charging twice for diagnostic two different times. Technician lied about the time he has at my home. He stated he worked on my ac for 2 hrs when he was here under one hour. Also, they charge for driving to your home but they don’t tell you before hand.
