“Erin has been our go-to technician for 7-8 years. In fact, he is the only person I prefer to work on our system. He is thorough and precise. I am always curious in his handiwork, and he allows me to sit and watch and ask questions. And it is not just about heating and cooling . . . we also talk about life experiences. Very friendly as well as knowledgeable. Keep on doing what you have always been doing!”
